Ethicon 7P is a dynamic company that specialises in financial and operational management services. The company was established to address small to medium sized companies’ need for financial management and business advisory services. Our aim is to assist SMME’s to improve their operational capabilities and to enable them to achieve a sustainable advantage in the market.
We have consistently observed that where financial and operational management are lacking, businesses find it difficult to increase their value over time. Instead, owners tend to focus on surviving next month-end’s cash crises and have no medium- to long-term financial strategies in place.
Our services are different because we are relationship driven, not transaction driven. We transact with people that we want to do business with, to help their businesses succeed in the long-run.

All members of the Ethicon 7P team are professional, qualified individuals with years of experience across various sectors in Southern Africa and abroad. Our contracted specialists are industry leaders in the fields of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital raising, and tax and empowerment.
Meet our director, Stephan Olivier
Stephan has over 32 years’ experience at executive level across retail, manufacturing and financial sectors and is Director of Ethicon 7P.
Stephan is a hands-on, decisive and results-driven individual with sound planning and organisational capabilities. He possesses exceptional financial and technical skills and has substantial experience in commercial operations and strategic planning which, combined with his knowledge of the financial and retail environment in Southern Africa, is beneficial to our clients.

Stephan believes that businesses should operate within a framework of high integrity and honesty and should therefore show a high level of ethical and social awareness. Passion and values are therefore not negotiable for him.
Stephan earned a B. Comm (Acc.) from Stellenbosch University and also completed the Management Development Programme at the Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business. He is a practicing member of the South African Institute for Professional Accountants.
